HeatBloc-75 radiant barrier coating is a water-based, low emissivity product and an excellent replacement for foil or metallized plastic film radiant barriers.

Much as painting a window will block visible sunlight, applying a radiant barrier will block light in the infrared spectrum.  Radiation in the infrared spectrum is responsible for much of the heat rise in attics.  Blocking this heat transfer will effectively reduce attic temperatures an average of 30 to 40 degrees.
