Two Guarantees You are Guaranteed to Love
The Low Price Guarantee
Consumers can be very confused by the wide discrepancies
in the estimates they receive for their painting project. Philpaint aims
to eliminate this confusion with our Low Price Guarantee.
Philpaint will meet or beat the estimated price on any proposal
submitted by a qualified contractor.
A qualified contractor must:
1. Submit a written proposal containing the same scope of work as
Philpaint's proposal.
2. Specify the same materials as Philpaint's proposal.
3. Warrant that all materials will be applied according to
manufacturer's specifications and in accordance with industry standards
as defined by the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America trade
association.
4. Carry a liability insurance policy of no less than $1,000,000. A
copy of the contractor's valid Certificate of Insurance is proof.
If you receive a proposal from a qualified contractor for a lower price,
submit the proposal to us within 30 days of our proposal date and we
will meet or beat that price, or give you $100.
PROTECT YOUR HOME - PROTECT YOURSELF
INSIST ON THESE MINIMUM CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS
The Low Price Guarantee may be withdrawn at any time prior to the
submission of a proposal from a qualified contractor. Some estimates may
not apply for the Low Price Guarantee. See your estimate for
eligibility.

The On-Time Guarantee
Contractors are infamous for tardiness and missed
appointments. At Philpaint we view this as both an obstacle and an
opportunity. It is an obstacle because we must often overcome the
preconception that contractors are inherently irresponsible. It is an
opportunity because it makes it easy for us to shine.
At Philpaint we do more than say that we will be on
time. We guarantee it. If we fail to keep an appointment without
informing you prior to the appointment time, we will take $100 off of
your invoice. Your time is valuable, and we won’t waste it. We’ll be on
time, and we guarantee it.

INTEGRITY
A company can speak of honesty, conscientiousness,
and responsibility, but behave in an entirely different manner. The
proof, as they say, is in the pudding. Empty platitudes about virtue
are as fraudulent as outright lies.
Integrity demands that one implement the principles
that one advocates. Integrity is virtue in action.
The construction trades are infamous for
con-artists and frauds. Many consumers are leery of contractors, and
rightly so. But this does not mean that all contractors must resort
to fraudulent behavior to be successful. Quite the contrary-- a
company that treats its customers honestly and with respect will
enjoy success in the long-term.
Consumers want to deal with honest and reputable
companies. If a company promises such, it must put those promises
into action.
Integrity does not demand perfection. Rather, it requires one to
conscientiously and sincerely act according to the principles one
advocates. Acting with integrity can be a challenging task. It can
create short-term difficulties, or raise the temptation to take the
easy way out. Few people enjoy admitting and correcting their
mistakes. To do so requires courage and loyalty. One must possess the
courage to do the right thing, and loyalty to one's convictions.
As with any principle, the primary benefit of
integrity comes in the long-term. Adhering to one's stated beliefs
is the only means to self-respect.
